Refund policy

Anthea Manari has a 7- day return and exchange policy upon delivery. The 7 days begins once item is delivered. Review below to see which items can and cannot be returned. 

We have a 10% restocking fee for ALL returns and exchanges. This will be deducted from refund. For exchanges, clients will be charged the 10% restocking fee.

For US returns, there is a $7 return shipping fee. This $7 will be deducted from refund amount. For exchanges, clients will be charged $7 for the new shipping label. 

For International returns, client can either responsible for shipping the product directly back to Anthea Manari's warehouse or Anthea Manari can provide a return label. The return label amount varies depending on location and client will be responsible to pay the amount. For exchanges, clients will be charged for the new shipping label. For international orders, duties and taxes will not be refunded. In addition, the customer will be in responsible for the entire shipping cost for the item to and from for both exchanges as well as refunds.  

To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Once marked delivered by shipping carrier, Anthea Manari is NOT responsible for the package, this included stolen packages.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All items have a 1 month warranty for lost stones, tarnishing and/or break. After 1 month, item(s) are no longer under warranty. Please reach out to us at info@antheamanari.com if there are any issues. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Earrings CANNOT be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
